SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit
(Direct Fluorescence PCR)

The SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit (Direct Fluorescence PCR) is a rapid RT-PCR reagent kit without RNA-purification requirements. The test is intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from the SARS-CoV-2 virus in oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal swab specimens from individuals suspected of COVID-19 by their healthcare provider.

Specific primers & probes are designed to detect the highly conserved regions of the ORF1ab and N gene sequences of SARS-CoV-2. A internal endogenous positive amplification control is included to verify test performance. The kit is available in a premixed solution or separated by component.
