At Healgen, we are committed to enhancing human health through innovation and quality. However, our efforts to improve global health extend beyond the products and services we provide. Globally, billions of people lack access to basic healthcare due to poverty, climate disasters, and wars. To fulfill our mission of creating a healthier world for everyone and our goal of being socially responsible, Healgen partnered with Project C.U.R.E. on May 1st to help provide medical equipment and supplies to underserved communities.  

    At the core of our partnerships lies our mutual mission to improve global health. Project C.U.R.E. has delivered international medical relief to more than 130 countries since their inception in 1987. Their work spans from collecting medical donations to delivering donations and medical aid. They also collaborate and travel with hundreds of healthcare professionals each year to provide medical services to areas that lack proper support. Project C.U.R.E.’s dedication to providing medical devices and equipment align perfectly with Healgen's own values and goals. 

    During the volunteer event, we took a hands-on approach with Project C.U.R.E., and about 20 of our employees visited their Houston warehouse to sort their medical inventory, pack medical supplies, and assemble donated clinical furniture. Collectively, we were able to sort all the current donations, package multiple boxes for shipping, and prepare several furniture items. By volunteering with Project C.U.R.E., we can directly support undeveloped countries and underserved communities as well as provide healthcare professionals working in those areas with proper equipment and items.  

    Our collaboration with Project C.U.R.E. is a step towards a healthier world for everyone. Everybody deserves access to healthcare and medical aid regardless of their location and circumstances, and there are multiple ways to assist these organizations and make a difference. Our commitment to improving global health has no limits, and we will continue to strive to make a meaningful impact on society as our mission continues.
