The ABL2 Orange/Green Probe is targeted to the 1q25.2 region on chromosome 1. The ABL2 probe is designed to label both ends of the ABL2 gene, respectively. A 600 Kb orange probe is designed at the 3' end of the ABL2 gene, and a 800 Kb green probe is designed at the 5' end of the ABL2 gene. The hybridized probe fluoresces with moderate to bright intensity both in interphase nuclei and metaphase chromosomes.
