The BCL2 Orange/Green Probe is targeted to the 18q21.33 region on chromosome 18. The BCL2 probe is designed to label both ends of the BCL2 gene, respectively. A 800 Kb orange probe is designed at the 3' end of the BCL2 gene, and a 800 Kb green probe is designed at the 5' end of the BCL2 gene. The hybridized probe fluoresces with moderate to bright intensity both in interphase nuclei and metaphase chromosomes.
